Mammoth Energy Services Announces CEO Transition: Phil Lancaster to Succeed Arty Straehla

Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. announced on November 7, 2024, that Arty Straehla will retire as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 31, 2024. Phil Lancaster, currently the company's Vice President of Corporate Development, will assume the role of CEO effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Straehla also resigned as a director of the company, effective December 31, 2024. Arthur Amron, chairman of Mammoth's Board of Directors, thanked Mr. Straehla for his years of service and contributions to the company. Mr. Amron expressed confidence in Mr. Lancaster's capabilities to lead Mammoth, citing his over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, including senior leadership roles and public board service. Mr. Lancaster's prior experience includes serving as interim President of Mammoth's infrastructure subsidiaries and as President of Mammoth Energy Partners LP.
