Two Harbors Investment Corp. announced the resolution of its pending litigation with PRCM Advisers and Pine River Capital Management. The company agreed to a $375 million cash settlement to resolve all outstanding legal claims between the parties.
The settlement payment is expected to be funded through cash on hand and available borrowing capacity. Following this settlement, the company estimates its book value per share will be approximately $11.06, reflecting the impact of the substantial one-time payment.
In conjunction with the business update, the Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.34 per share for the third quarter of 2025. This dividend reflects the company’s book value after giving effect to the settlement payment, marking a further reduction from the previous quarter's $0.39 per share.
