The workflow delivers a sample‑to‑sequencer turnaround of as little as five hours and features a 1‑hour hybridization step that eliminates traditional binding, wash, amplification, and pooling steps.
The new workflow is compatible with any sequencing library that uses P5 and P7 adapters paired with Twist’s unique dual indexes (UDIs). It integrates seamlessly with Twist’s full lineup of library‑prep kits, including the Enzymatic Fragmentation Kit 2.0 for whole‑exome sequencing and comprehensive genomic profiling of tumors, and the FlexPrep™ UHT Library Preparation Kit for high‑throughput agricultural or population genomics testing.
By providing a faster, more streamlined end‑to‑end solution, the partnership expands Twist’s NGS portfolio and positions the company to capture additional market share in both clinical and research sequencing applications.
