TXNM Energy has announced the appointment of Henry Monroy as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Monroy succeeds Lisa Eden, who is retiring after 21 years of service with the company.
Henry Monroy, 46, joined TXNM Energy in 2003 and brings extensive experience in accounting and finance. His previous roles within the company include Vice President of PNM Regulatory and Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2020 to 2023.
Monroy is a Certified Public Accountant in New Mexico and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from New Mexico State University. His internal promotion ensures continuity in financial leadership as the company navigates its strategic initiatives.
