Textron Aviation announced on February 3, 2025, the first delivery of its twin-engine, large-utility turboprop, the Cessna SkyCourier, into Canada. The freighter variant aircraft was delivered to Air Bravo Corporation, a flight service company based in Ontario, and will be used to transport cargo throughout the region. Lannie O’Bannion, senior vice president, Global Sales and Flight Operations, highlighted the SkyCourier's versatility, cabin flexibility, high payload capability, performance, and low operating costs. The aircraft has quickly proven to be an excellent choice for a wide range of missions. The Cessna SkyCourier received type certification by Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) in late 2024, paving the way for this delivery. Air Bravo, founded in 2001, will utilize the aircraft to support and enhance its business operations, particularly in remote areas.
