Textron Aviation announced on May 21, 2025, a purchase agreement with Aerolíneas Ejecutivas (ALE), Mexico’s leading business aviation company, for up to 12 Cessna Citation business jets. The order includes a mix of Cessna Citation Latitude, Citation CJ3 Gen2, and Citation CJ3 Gen3 aircraft.
ALE plans to operate these aircraft in its fractional ownership division, MexJet, with the first four aircraft, including two Citation Latitudes and two Citation CJ3 Gen2 aircraft, expected for delivery in 2026. This order continues ALE’s position as a long-time Citation owner and operator.
Marcelo Moreira, vice president, Sales, Latin America, emphasized that Cessna Citation business jets are ideal for fractional customers seeking class-leading comfort and performance. The operating economics of Citations, combined with Textron Aviation’s extensive service network, ensure continuous productivity and enjoyment for owners.
