United States Antimony Corp (UAMY) announced a new supply agreement with an unnamed U.S. industrial fabric manufacturer for antimony trioxide, a key component of flame‑retardant materials. The contract is valued at $106.7 million, spans up to five years with renewal options for an additional five years, and is scheduled to commence early 2026.

The agreement adds a substantial, multi‑year revenue stream to UAMY’s portfolio and reinforces its position as the only U.S. antimony smelter capable of meeting domestic demand. It aligns with the company’s strategy to increase production volumes and secure domestic supply chains for critical minerals.

The deal will drive a production ramp‑up beginning in early 2026, providing a stable demand base that is expected to improve revenue and margin profiles over the next five years. Combined with the $245 million Department of Defense contract announced in September, UAMY’s contracted pipeline now exceeds $351 million, underscoring its growing role in national security and industrial resilience.

Chairman and CEO Gary C. Evans said the partnership reflects a shared vision of an integrated, reliable American supply chain. He highlighted that the new contract, together with the DLA agreement, brings the company’s contracted pipeline to over $351 million, reinforcing confidence in UAMY’s production capacity and product quality.

The deal comes amid a broader trend of reshoring critical mineral supply chains to enhance economic resilience and national security. By securing a major domestic customer, UAMY positions itself to capture a growing share of the U.S. flame‑retardant market, where antimony trioxide remains a key component.

The $106.7 million agreement marks a significant milestone for UAMY, strengthening its revenue base, expanding production capacity, and reinforcing its strategic role in the U.S. critical minerals landscape.
