Uber has added PacSun, Camping World and Lush to its on‑demand retail network, making fashion, outdoor gear and beauty products available through the Uber, Uber Eats and Postmates apps. The move brings hundreds of new store locations into the platform, expanding the range of items that can be delivered in the same fast, on‑demand window that customers use for food and groceries.

The expansion is part of Uber’s broader “super app” vision, which seeks to turn the company into a one‑stop destination for rides, food, and retail. By onboarding well‑known retailers, Uber can tap into their existing customer bases and inventory without building its own fulfillment centers, accelerating growth in the retail segment ahead of the holiday shopping season. Uber One members now enjoy $0 delivery fees on eligible retail orders, a loyalty lever that is expected to boost order frequency and deepen engagement across the platform.

Uber’s retail footprint has grown rapidly this year, adding more than 1,000 new retailers worldwide and over 50,000 U.S. locations. The addition of PacSun, Camping World and Lush diversifies the product mix and positions Uber to capture a broader share of consumer spending, especially as shoppers increasingly look for convenience and one‑stop shopping experiences. The partnership also strengthens Uber’s competitive stance against DoorDash and Instacart, which have long dominated grocery and specialty‑retail delivery.

Management highlighted the strategic fit of the new partners. Hashim Amin, Head of Retail for North America, said, “By expanding retail delivery across Uber and Uber Eats, we’re making it easier than ever for customers to discover and shop the brands they love—all in one place—while also demonstrating our ability to support an increasingly diverse range of retail partners.” The quote underscores Uber’s focus on customer convenience and its capability to onboard a wide variety of partners quickly.

The timing of the expansion comes as holiday demand ramps up. With Black Friday and the broader holiday shopping season approaching, Uber’s expanded retail selection is positioned to capture a surge in consumer orders, potentially driving higher revenue and reinforcing the company’s strategy to grow its delivery business beyond food and groceries.
