Uranium Energy Corp (UEC) and Radiant Industries Incorporated announced on May 7, 2025, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate on advancing nuclear energy deployment and building the full nuclear value chain in the United States. As part of this collaboration, UEC will supply U.S. origin uranium concentrates to Radiant at mutually agreed terms. Radiant Industries is developing the Kaleidos Portable Nuclear Microreactor, with plans to test its first reactor in 2026 and initiate customer deployments by 2028. This partnership positions UEC to support the emerging demand for advanced nuclear technologies. UEC President and CEO Amir Adnani stated that this collaboration aligns with UEC's strategy to lead in the emerging demand for U.S.-produced uranium. The agreement leverages UEC's Wyoming and Texas operations as a reliable source of domestic supply, which is critical for America's energy independence and the deployment of advanced nuclear technologies.
