The center, located on UL Solutions' 110-acre campus, will include both new construction and modernization of existing fire science laboratories. It will address critical customer safety and sustainability industry needs with enhanced research capabilities, testing, and certification services.
Services will cover commercial and residential sprinklers, pipes, fittings, valves, fire extinguishers, firefighting foam, exterior walls, and perimeter fire barrier systems. This investment reinforces UL Solutions' mission of working for a safer world, deeply intertwined with its founding principles of fire safety.
