Space NK operates 83 stores across the UK and Ireland, in addition to its online platform, and is known for curating innovative beauty brands. The acquisition is a key component of Ulta Beauty's 'Ulta Beauty Unleashed' plan for international expansion.
Space NK will operate as a standalone subsidiary of Ulta Beauty and will continue to be led by its existing management team, including CEO Andy Lightfoot. The acquisition was funded using cash on hand and capacity under Ulta Beauty’s existing credit facility, and is not expected to materially impact Ulta Beauty’s fiscal 2025 financial results or its share repurchase program.
