UMH Properties, Inc. announced on March 24, 2025, the completion of its acquisition of two age-restricted manufactured home communities in Mantua, New Jersey. The total purchase price for these communities was $24.6 million.
These newly acquired properties comprise 266 developed homesites, all of which are 100% occupied, and are situated on approximately 38 acres. The communities consist of modern, homeowner-occupied manufactured homes, located near Philadelphia.
President and CEO Samuel A. Landy stated that the acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings, with additional upside anticipated through the brokerage of home sales. This strategic expansion adds high-quality, stabilized assets to UMH's portfolio.
