Energy Fuels Inc. announced on June 12, 2025, the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders, including the election of eleven directors. Bruce D. Hansen was appointed as the new Chair of the Board of Directors, effective June 11, 2025.
Mr. Hansen succeeds J. Birks Bovaird, who served as Chair since 2006 and will continue to serve as a director of the company. Mark S. Chalmers, President and CEO, thanked Mr. Bovaird for his nearly 20 years of leadership.
