The strengthened agreement enhances investment and local economic impact, expanding the site for the iconic destination. The project is backed by a $31.5 million performance-based incentive package from the City of El Paso.
The Sunset Amphitheater at El Paso is anticipated to open in 2026 and is projected to generate more than $2 billion in economic impact in its first 10 years of operation. Concurrently, Luxe FireSuites at the El Paso venue are now officially available for investment, offering fractional ownership opportunities with structured financing options.
