Valens Semiconductor Ltd. reported second quarter 2025 revenues of $17.059 million, exceeding its guidance range of $16.5 million to $16.8 million. This marks the company's fifth consecutive quarter of revenue growth, up from $13.597 million in Q2 2024.

The company achieved a GAAP gross margin of 63.5% and a non-GAAP gross margin of 67.2% for the quarter. Valens noted strong and growing demand, particularly within the ProAV market, and positive momentum in industrial machine vision, with commercialization expected by late 2026.

Despite the strong Q2 performance, Valens updated its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $66 million to $71 million, down from an earlier projection of $71 million to $76 million. This revision is primarily attributed to the unpredictable impact of global tariffs.

For the third quarter of 2025, Valens Semiconductor expects revenues to range between $15.1 million and $15.6 million, with a gross margin between 58.0% and 60.0%. The adjusted EBITDA loss is projected to be between $(7.4) million and $(6.8) million.
