Aaron M. Schapper, a senior leader at Valmont Industries for eight years, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Myers Industries, effective January 1, 2025. This marks a significant executive departure for Valmont.
Mr. Schapper most recently served as Valmont’s Group President of Agriculture and Chief Strategy Officer from July 2023 through May 2024. His prior roles at Valmont included Group President of Infrastructure from February 2020 to July 2023, and Group President of Utility Support Structures from October 2016 to February 2020.
His extensive experience across Valmont's core business divisions, including leading significant growth and profitability in the Infrastructure segment, highlights the loss of a seasoned executive with deep operational and strategic knowledge.
