Lieutenant General Gervais brings extensive experience in military operations, having spearheaded a $2 billion modernization initiative for the Army and introduced 3D terrain technology for virtual training. Her expertise is expected to be instrumental in advancing VirTra’s military training initiatives and Virtual Battle Space (VBS) integration. Mike Ayers, with over 37 years in law enforcement training, led a comprehensive overhaul of Georgia’s police credentialing program, increasing required training hours and introducing innovative methods.
Ayers' background as Executive Director of Georgia POST and former president of IADLEST positions him to guide VirTra’s training curriculum development, particularly with its IADLEST-certified V-VICTA platform.
