NCR Government Systems LLC, a subsidiary of NCR Voyix Corporation, has been awarded a significant contract with the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). DeCA, which oversees 240 commissaries globally, selected NCR Voyix as the maintenance and operations services provider for its point-of-sale (POS) technology assets. The contract, known as DEBOSS, has a lifecycle value of $335 million over five years.
The contract was awarded by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) after evaluating five competitive proposals. Under the DEBOSS contract, NCR Voyix will be responsible for servicing hardware and software across the global base of military facilities. This includes supporting critical software functions such as catalog, ordering, receiving, pricing, and point of sale.
