Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. announced on January 29, 2025, the groundbreaking for a $30 million expansion of its recycling facility in Cordele, Georgia. This investment will increase the facility's total size to 117,000 square feet.
The expansion aims to enhance ADS' ability to produce high-quality recycled material for its factories in the Southeast region. This initiative is expected to strengthen the company's leadership in sustainable manufacturing and set new industry standards.
As one of North America's largest plastic recycling companies, ADS sources both post-industrial and post-consumer recycled plastics. The expanded operations will allow the company to deliver recycled material to its seven manufacturing sites throughout the Southeast, increasing the overall use of recycled plastic in its products.
