WhiteFiber, Inc. made a significant investment in May 2025 with the $45 million purchase of a former industrial building in Madison, North Carolina, designated as NC-1. This acquisition is a cornerstone of the company's long-term infrastructure expansion strategy. Management believes the site could support up to 200 MW gross of electrical supply over time.

The initial phase of the NC-1 development is expected to bring 24 MW gross online in the first quarter of 2026. Revenue generation from this first phase is projected to begin in May 2026. This substantial capacity addition is crucial for WhiteFiber to meet the exceptionally strong demand for AI infrastructure.

This investment enhances WhiteFiber's ability to provide high-density, reliable capacity for large-scale model training and deployment. The NC-1 site is designed to power AI-driven computing super-clusters, offering enhanced redundancy and mitigating geo-location risks. This strategic purchase underscores WhiteFiber's commitment to scaling its specialized AI infrastructure solutions.
