YXT.com Group Holding Limited announced on June 30, 2025, that Mr. Pun Leung Liu resigned from his position as a Director and Chief Financial Officer due to personal reasons, effective the same day. The company stated that Mr. Liu's resignation did not result from any disagreement with the company, its board, or management.
Following Mr. Liu’s resignation, the Board appointed Mr. Yazhou Wu, the company’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, as a new Director. This expands Mr. Wu's leadership role within the company.
The Board also appointed Mr. Shen Cao, the current Vice President of Investment Relations, as the new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cao joined YXT.com in May 2025 and previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Board in Topsperity Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. from June 2023 to April 2025.
