Zoetis Inc. reported fourth-quarter 2024 revenue of $2.3 billion, a 5% increase over Q4 2023, and 9% organic operational growth. For the full year 2024, revenue reached $9.3 billion, an 8% increase, with 12% organic operational growth.

Adjusted net income for Q4 2024 was $632 million, or $1.40 per diluted share, while full-year 2024 adjusted net income was $2.7 billion, or $5.92 per diluted share. The company highlighted strong demand for innovative products and key franchises, with companion animal operational revenue growth at 14% and livestock at 5% for the full year.

However, Zoetis's initial full-year 2025 guidance projected revenue between $9.45 billion and $9.6 billion, and adjusted diluted EPS between $6.30 and $6.40, which fell below Wall Street estimates. This cautious outlook, partly attributed to a stronger dollar, led to investor concern.
